we need justice that can see.....say no to blind justice

since the 2nd november 2007's act of emergency....our nation is plunging into dispair, disgrace and lawlessness....yesterday was another black day in our history when players of a friendly nation were shot at in lahore....there was also a sideline news....may be you didn't notice it....federal high court rejected review application against its decision in favor of extra marks given to Farah Hameed Doagar.....
Justice is blind.....true isn't it????????
but we forget that the blind justice has a basic requirement is that it serves under a prevailing law. Aren't we just in asking the question that under which law has a single person been allowed 21 extra marks while many other similar cases are not even allowed applications for hearing in the same court?Aren't we just in concluding that this single decision can topple the whole educational system of Pakistan?
yes we are right....and that is why we stand....we stand alongwith the lawyers.....an educated community.....we stand with judges who must have taken sommoto action against brutal killing of a fine leader of her age....the action that even her so-called heirs are not yet able to take.....
My point is that we need Justice for all in Pakistan....(not at the doorsteps coz that means "mobile courts" which are new name of "kangaroo courts")
Now lets come to another important point: when we say that we stand with Iftikhar Chaudhry and Ramdey; people say they are too politicized....leave them....
U know the funny thing....an ex-MPA of PPP from my area; who lost elections on 18th Feb on PPP ticket; is now Judge of High court......how on earth will this person be able to give a decision against his Co-Chairman?????? How on earth will he be able to leave his political background behind.....Rmadey on other side regretted to hear the bail request of Tehmina Doultana on the grounds that he personally knew that woman.....if same thing is true for this new Judge; he will have to regret hearing all cases from PPP leaders, PPP workers and most of people belonging to his former electoral area......will he???? no he will not......
don't know what will happen but I want all of you who read this to please participate in this last try for restoration of true judiciary in Pakistan.....

todayz the first working day after yet another emergency in the political history of pakistan......everythin seems quite similar except that everyone has more sense of depriviation.....donno wot ll happen to this country........

neywayz rest is all normal......nothin notable to tell....weekend wuz quite lazy one....wedding season is on its full swing and m really tired of em.......

da first day

umm...today iz 2nd november and my first blog post....donno how it ll go on from here but pretty much confident dat when i ll read it after a few years; i ll love it......so thats why i start......

these days are pretty much dull in terms of doin work....just ve come back from uk n started workin but still dont have a clear direction n dont really know where will i stand after an year or two.......


n one of my classfellows murtaza khalid has got a baby.....it was a nice thing to hear....seems like we ve started moving to other side of hill..........
